Set up in 2004, after several years of experience working for companies specializing in cutting and molding, Lapo S.r.l. provides laser processing and finishing in a number of industries, including medical and surgical devices.

We do use traditional methods – such as TIG/MIG welding for medium to high thickness materials, but we mainly specialize in YAG laser welding. This particular method enables to rebuild worn out details that compromise the functionality of a piece, safeguarding at the same time its metallurgy and structure, which was not possible with traditional welding methods.
